By the end of January, the National agency “Road Infrastructure” will approve the auctioneering documents and will start the procedure to choose the construction company of the last section of the “Trakia” highway. This was announced yesterday by the chairman of the overseeing council of the road infrastructure agency Ivan Atanasov during the regular monthly press conference.

The section of the road, which is yet to be put up for the auction, encompasses the 44 km. between Yambol and Karnobat. According to the project for “Trakia”, this is lot 4.

“We will choose whom to give the project with a new methodology for auctions”, announced Atanasov. According to him, the new method will fix previous weaknesses of the procedures.
