An educational seminar on the topic of “Current technics for selection and management of presonnel in the conditions of a crisis” took place on March 10th 2009 in Best Wester Bistra and Galina hotel in Ruse.

For the first time, high ranking managers and specialists on human resource from foreign and Bulgarian companies gathered in Ruse to share innovative technics for crisis management of personnel.

The chief lector of the event was the general manager of the American company for export of business processes “Sutherland Global Services” – mr. Moin Kazi. He shared his experience with current international technics on management and training of employees, as well as his experiences with his own company that is just gaining ground in the Bulgarian market.
