The estate credits grew with 30.6% in February
The growth of crediting is slowing down, but the overall amount of credits continues to grow consistently on a yearly and monthly basis.
In February 2009, the annual growth of the money supply is 7.6%, compared to the 8.3% of January 2009. In the end of February, the total amount of money is 44.865 billion leva (62.6% of the gross domestic product) compared to 45.020 billion leva for January 2009 (62.8% of the gross domestic product).
The most accessible ready money – the M1 aggregate, shrunk to 8.4% in February (6.2% drop in January). The quasi-money grew with 21.8% compared to February 2008 (21.5% in January), according to data from the Bulgarian National Bank.
