The Plovdiv airport opens it’s charter program today
The Plovdiv airport opens it’s winter charter program for the 2008/2009 season with a flight to Dublin. The airplane of the British company BMI will land in the late afternoon and will bring 150 tourists from the Irish capital.
All passengers will be welcomed with bread and salt, and the first one to set foot on Bulgarian soil will receive gifts – souvenirs and and advertising materials. The tourists will also enjoy a performance of the Thrace ensemble.
By the end of the day, the Plovdiv airport awaits three more planes with tourists coming with charter programs.
