The project for the first open-air mall in Bulgaria – The Strand in Burgas was chosen to be among the ten projects presented in front of investors of the prestigious international estate expo MAPIC. The expo takes place this week in Cannes, France.

The new Bulgarian trade center was chosen as an example for trade centers of the future.

More than 2000 exhibitors and 12 000 delegates from all around the world participate in this year’s edition of the MAPIC, which is the biggest European event for trade centers.

Hundreds of projects for trade centers are presented each year to the investors and chain markets. For the first time this year, a special event called “Speed Matching”, will take place. It involves the presentation of projects that deserve special interest and attention to an international jury.
