The municipality of Dobrich announced that from the beginning of June 2009 until the end of September 2009, a special train will travel between Bucharest and Varna, passing through Dobrich and Kardam.

This way, the citizens of Dobrich will have a direct connection with the Romanian capital and from there – to all directions to Eastern and Central Europe.

The central management of the Bulgarian national railways also informed of the restoration of fthe connection between the trains Dobrich – Varna and Varna – Sofia with the station Povelianovo.

During the first half of this year, the sleeping wagons in the train Dobrich – Varna will be replaced with recycled ones, which are adequate to the EU requirements.
