On a solemn gathering the university ‘St. Kiril and Metodii’ in Veliko Tarnovo is celebrating 45 years since its creation. On the gathering the Rector of the university Plamen Legkostup is going to hand awards to three ex Rectors – Angel Davidov, Stanio Georgiev and Vladimir Popov for their contribution to the development of university.
On the ceremony will attend the rectors of universities in Slovakia and Macedonia with the same name -‘St. Kiril and Metodii’
