The Zoo in Varna received a license, announced its director Todor Hristov. The licensing commission, including experts from the Ministry of environment and waters, the eco inspection in Varna and a representative of the Bulgarian Academy of Science has made an inspection and approved the condition of the Zoo. The license is already expecting the sign of the minister of environment and waters.

The license is for five years and will be valid only if the Zoo remains on the same location. If the project for new Zoo succeeds, a new license will be required.
