The European culinary show “Concept 2009” is nearing the end of it’s three-day run. Between Jaunary 13th and 15th, renown masters of the culinary art showcase their abilities in the hall 7 of the National Palace of Culture in Sofia. All of them have experience in high-ranking restaurants, bearers of the Michlen awards. In the day of the opening, they received greetings and wishes for a great performance from the chairman of DAT Anelia Krushkova.

Representatives from Ireland, the Netherlands, France, Spain, Bulgaria, San Marino, Romania, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg and Greece participated in the culinary tournament. Competitions like this gather an elite audience from various European countries and is a symbol of prestige for the country-host.
