For the 13th consecutive year, the Sofia International Film Festival will gather films, guests, stars, journalists and lovers of good cinema in Sofia.

Between March 5th and 15th, the largest international cinema event in Bulgaria will once again confirm it’s place as one of the most important festivals in Eastern Europe. The Sofia International Film Festival is in the top 50 festivals of the “Variety” magazine and represents Bulgaria internationally.

The festival began as a thematic music festival. Now, twelve editions later, the cinematic marathon is an event that can offer much even to the most exigent audiences. It presents the most up to date trends of the international cinema and the latest Bulgarian and Balkan movies.
