After the fallen snow, the roads are still passable despite the winter conditions. The roads everywhere are wet and slippery still. Some places are even iced, but they are being tended to. The roads all across the country are taken care of and sand is spread over them.

The passages through Stara planina are passable despite the conditions. There are restrictions for heavily loaded automobiles. They must travel with extra caution when they go through the Diulinski passage.
