For the twelveth consecutive year, Junior Achievement Bulgaria gave young people the opportunity to test their knowledge in the field of economics in the simulation “Virtual enterprise”. Of the 192 teams that participated since the beginning of the year, 8 were able to pass the online qualifications and secure their place in the finals.

This was the first year with individual rankings beside the team rankings. Before the beginning of the competition itself, the participants had to undertake an economics test, and depending on their performance, they received points they added to their team total.

The jury gave the most points to Angel Gatev from Plovdiv, who won first prize in the individual rankings. His teammate Todor Karaivanov ranked second, and Nadezhda Kandrova from Plovdiv ranked third.

The team with the best performance according to the team rankings was Dantroffel from ODK-Plovdiv. Their index of market presentation was 731, three points more than the second ranking team – Reaberting, also coming from ODK-Plovdiv.
