Bulgaria announced a three percent budget surplus
The Bulgarian minister of finance announced that the Bulgarian government completed their goal for a three percent budget surplus, reveals the electronic periodical “Business week”.
The country, that joined the EU in 2007, has a fiscal reserve of 8,4 billion leva by the end of 2008.
The minister Plamen Oresharski said, that despite the expected decrease of the economical growth from it’s current level of 4,7%. This is due to the global slowdown of economics; the budget surplus will retain it’s level.
